By accessing, registering, or using the tab66 platform in any way, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tab66. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other communication, the terms in this document shall take precedence.

Tab66 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are responsible for reviewing this document periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use tab66's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Do not reside in a jurisdiction where access to online betting services is prohibited by local law.
• Have never been banned or suspended by tab66 previously for any reason.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of any other party.

Tab66 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account at tab66 at any one time. Holding more than one account — whether directly or through another person — is a serious violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The details you must supply include:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport
• Valid date of birth
• An active and reachable email address
• Mobile phone number registered under your name
• Bank account or digital wallet details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. tab66 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

Tab66 provides a variety of safe and convenient payment methods for Malaysian members, including online bank transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Public Bank), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other digital wallets listed on the platform.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the bank or payment provider. tab66 does not charge any fees for deposits.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction. All withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for accounts with completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Tab66 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Any attempt to withdraw using a different method from the original deposit will require additional review.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the specified wagering requirements.

Tab66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (wagering requirement) as clearly stated on each offer.

General terms applicable to all tab66 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Expired bonus funds will be automatically forfeited.
• Tab66 reserves the right to cancel bonuses or promotions if there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or attempts to exploit the bonus system.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• Withdrawing while an active bonus balance is held will result in the cancellation of that bonus.

Tab66 is not responsible for any losses arising from misunderstanding of bonus terms. Members are encouraged to contact customer support before accepting any offer if in doubt.

All betting and gaming activity at tab66 is subject to specific rules applicable to each product. Full rules for each game are available within the relevant game interface.

General rules applicable to all tab66 products:

• All betting outcomes are final once the relevant match or game has concluded.
• Any wager accepted due to a technical error (such as incorrect odds or inapplicable betting limits) may be voided.
• Tab66 reserves the right to void or re-confirm wagers if there is evidence of manipulation, fraud, or system abuse.
• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent auditing body to ensure fairness.
• The minimum and maximum bets for each game are set within the platform and may change at tab66's discretion.

For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted are the odds used to calculate winnings — no odds changes apply after a bet is accepted, except in the case of market cancellations.

Tab66 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Fraud and manipulation: Use automated software (bots), system hacks, bug exploits, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Use the tab66 platform for any money laundering or illegal financing activities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Multiple accounts: Register or use more than one tab66 account, whether under your own name or someone else's.
• False information: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Threats and harassment: Insult, threaten, or harass tab66 staff or other members.

Tab66 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Requests from relevant legal authorities
• Activities suspected of involving money laundering or fraud
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by members through the responsible gaming programme

If your account is closed for legitimate reasons without any breach on your part, any valid remaining funds will be returned to you via an appropriate payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Tab66 strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors.

Tab66 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or betting opportunities due to technical disruptions beyond our control
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence
• Wagering outcomes made based on inaccurate information from external sources

Tab66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of amendments via the platform or their registered email.

Continued use of the tab66 platform after receiving notice of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining funds before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the process established by the relevant authorities.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
